Maintenance Windows & Outages
The Australian Department of Home Affairs have official maintenance windows that can impact vSure's ability to perform visa checks. These are:
Mondays Midnight to 4 am
Wednesdays 5 am to 8 am
Weekends 2 pm Saturday to 9 am Sunday
Our experience is their maintenance is irregular (sometimes often in the space of a week, then nothing for several months).
Also, these windows often blow out (4am Monday becomes 8am or 9am Sunday becomes 4pm etc, with little to no prior warning).
During outages, vSure will generally report the error code: VEVO_UNAVAILABLE during outages, but sometimes we have no prior warning or the normal alerts system is met with a new error and UNKNOWN_ERROR results.
